Saddle and pedals do not have to be demounted for transport. The pedals rest in the special pedal compartments and the construction of the backpack prevents the pedals from poking your back.

The bags are made of tear-resistand tissue and have a reinforced bottom. A flap protects the zipper there, too. Pedalpockets are also reinforced. The cushioned shoulder straps also have a hi-strap to take load from your shoulders. The saddle compartment is compactable to your saddle-height. On the inside, it is possible to fix e.g. a leg armor on the backside - this will cushion your back from the unicycle, too.
